The new cable label meets printing and fluid resistance standards of NF F 00-608 type H, SAE-AS5942, as well as MIL-STD-202 Method 215K and SAE-AMS-DTL-23053-6 class 1 standards. The cable labels are applied to cables and harness assemblies with cable ties, and are also suitable for retrofit purposes. Markers are supplied in ladder form on a roll, having been conditioned for thermal transfer printing with our range of SumiTAG printers and qualified ribbons.

The SumiTag-CLHX cable maker is specifically designed for the marking of cables, particularly along its route. They are made from zero halogen, low toxicity, radiation crosslinked UV stabilised polyolefin sheet using OSNH grade material. It is mostly used for mass transit applications where human life is critical as it features extended fire safety standard properties. The iTAG CLXi cable label is specifically designed for the marking of cables, particularly along its route. It is extremely strong with high tear strength properties, suitable for a variety of applications where legible and durable identification is required. The labels are supplied on rolls for thermal transfer printing, which means production, storage and picking are easy and convenient. The material is also hydrolysis resistant which means the material will not break down in reaction to water. The material is also resistant to bacteria attacks. For use in harsh chemical environments the combination of the CLXi material and ribbon type 510 shows great fluid resistance.
