Military Grade Polyolefin 135°C Cable Labels

Designed to survive environments such as aerospace and military harnesses for identifying cable and wire bundles. Excellent chemical and mechanical properties with low friction surface. The new cable label meets printing and fluid resistance standards of NF F 00-608 type H, SAE-AS5942, as well as MIL-STD-202 Method 215K and SAE-AMS-DTL-23053-6 class 1 standards. The cable labels are applied to cables and harness assemblies with cable ties, and are also suitable for retrofit purposes. Markers are supplied in ladder form on a roll, having been conditioned for thermal transfer printing with our range of SumiTAG printers and qualified ribbons.

This cable marker is suitable in applications where extreme temperatures and exposure to harsh chemicals can be found. Markers are supplied in ladder form on a roll, having been conditioned for printing with our range of SUMIiTAG printers and qualified ribbons.

The SumiTag-CLHX cable maker is specifically designed for the marking of cables, particularly along its route. They are made from zero halogen, low toxicity, radiation crosslinked UV stabilised polyolefin sheet using OSNH grade material. It is mostly used for mass transit applications where human life is critical as it features extended fire safety standard properties. The markers are supplied on rolls for thermal transfer printing, which means production, storage and picking is easy and convenient.

Zero Halogen and UV Stable Cable Label

The iTAG CLXi cable label is specifically designed for the marking of cables, particularly along its route. It is extremely strong with high tear strength properties, suitable for a variety of applications where legible and durable identification is required. The labels are supplied on rolls for thermal transfer printing, which means production, storage and picking are easy and convenient. The material is also hydrolysis resistant which means the material will not break down in reaction to water. The material is also resistant to bacteria attacks. For use in harsh chemical environments the combination of the CLXi material and ribbon type 510 shows great fluid resistance.

Create your own magnets by using the Magnetic Tape from K-Sun. The material is made from reinforced UV resistant polyester which allows you to use the magnetic labels indoors and outside. You can use a thermal transfer ribbon to print on these labels.

The flame retardant wraps are specifically made from a thin polyimide, which features an advanced adhesive and topcoat design that have a self-extinguishing property which help flames from propagating. The flame retardant wraps are perfect for any industry where there are harsh environments such as the Aerospace, mass transit, and Defense industries as well as the automotive and truck industries. These wraps can withstand many chemicals, solvents, oils, lubricating fuels, and detergents as well.

The wire wraps can be used for wire and cable identification as well as flat component labeling and Unique Identification (UID) labeling. These wraps can be used with Brandy Printers such as the Brady printer™ PR Plus Printer, Brady IP™ Printer, and the TLS2200®.
